Training Date/Time: July 10th, 2026 from 12-3pm Arizona Time Zone
In 2026, social workers are practicing in an increasingly polarized political environment where ethical advocacy, professional integrity, and inclusive engagement are more critical than ever. This 3-hour Ethics training equips participants to navigate political diversity while advocating for equity, client well-being, and social justice across practice settings. Grounded in the NASW Code of Ethics, CSWE’s 2022 Educational Policy and Accreditation Standards, and current social work policy guidance, the session connects professional ethics to real-world advocacy challenges, including communication across differences, managing bias, responding to ethical dilemmas, and sustaining resilience. Participants will apply ethical decision-making tools to case scenarios and develop strategies for respectful, effective advocacy in politically diverse organizations and communities.
This training is happening live via Zoom, and no recordings will be available. You must attend this event live.
